Interested in renewing your enrollment?

Welcome back! We’re so glad your family is returning to Sunny Days Learning Academy. Renewing your enrollment is a great opportunity for us to reconnect, update your family’s information, and make sure everything is in place for the year ahead.

To get started, families can complete our online renewal application and submit the required fee. Once we receive your application, we’ll follow up by email with confirmation and next steps through our childcare management app.

Reconnecting With Us

While a tour isn’t required for returning families, we always love the chance to connect. If you have questions about your child’s upcoming classroom, schedule changes, or program updates, feel free to reach out – we’re happy to chat.

Renewal Fee

To secure your child’s spot for the upcoming enrollment period, a $100 non-refundable renewal fee is required with your application. If your preferred schedule or classroom isn’t immediately available, you may submit a $50 transferable waitlist fee, which can be applied toward your renewal when a space opens. This fee is non-refundable.

After we receive your renewal application, we’ll be in touch to confirm your child’s placement and walk you through any updates to the program, policies, or schedule. Our goal is to keep the process simple and stress-free, so your family feels supported heading into the new enrollment period.

Social Media Consent: As part of our marketing, Sunny Days shares photos and videos of our classrooms, students, and teachers on our social media platforms, Instagram and Facebook. We may also use these photos for a marketing slideshow or video. We understand that our child may be photographed/videoed in class and we give Sunny Days permission to use these photos or videos for their social media pages.

Student Safety Statement: We will take every reasonable safety precaution and attempt to foresee and prevent accidents in the classroom, on the playground, and on field trips. We accept personal financial responsibility for our own child's injuries and medical costs due to circumstances not proximately caused by the negligence of the school, its employees, or agents. We agree to make every effort to maintain the school facilities and equipment in a safe and functional condition.

Immunization Record: Idaho State Law (Idaho Code 39-4801) requires that upon enrollment, parents provide proof of child's immunizations. Children with immunizations missing, incomplete, or not up to date will be excluded from Sunny Days Learning Academy until documentation of current immunizations is provided. Parents are responsible for providing updated documentation each time their child receives additional immunizations. Children without immunizations will be allowed to attend if Parents submit a medical exemption form signed by a licensed physician stating the child's life or health would be at risk if any or all the required immunization were given, or parents submit a signed exemption form (Idaho Certificate of Immunization Exemption) objecting to immunizations for religious or personal beliefs. Children may be exempt from certain immunizations if their parents can provide verification from the department of health and welfare that the child has immunity gained through prior contraction of the disease.

Tuition Agreement: Sunny Days Learning Academy (“School”) and the undersigned parents (“Parents”), by entering into this tuition agreement to enroll their child listed below (“Student”) for the 2026-2027 school year, executed by the parents on the signed date below, agree as follows:

Consent: This agreement is entered into with mutual consent of Parents and the School.
Tuition and charges: Parents agree to pay the full amount for tuition and fees including a $50 non-refundable renewal registration fee. The tuition and fees may be modified if Parents receive tuition assistance as an Idaho Child Care Program participant. Any such modifications are only effective if set forth in a written amendment of this agreement, signed by Parents and the School. Tuition must be paid by the 1st of every month.
Late fees: Parents understand and agree that a $10 fee will be assessed for each business day that payment is not current.
Additional fees: Parents agree that additional fees for school services may be charged during the 2026-2027 school year. Additional fees are due when charged and will be billed and payable through check or online payment or paid directly to the school or a third party designated by the school.
Payment obligation: Parents have an individual and joint obligation to pay all tuition and fees under this agreement. Parents' failure to pay any amount when due pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, may, at the School's sole discretion, result in the suspension or dismissal of the Student from the School. Parents shall pay any costs and attorney's fees the School incurs in collection of Parents' outstanding balance.
Early withdrawal/removal or Schedule Change: Parents must provide at least fourteen (14) days signed WRITTEN NOTICE to the Head of School to withdraw or change the schedule of the student from the school during the 2026-2027 school year. Tuition will be collected during the 14-day notice period, and after the 14-day notice period, Parents will no longer be responsible for tuition payments pursuant to this Agreement.
Payment agreement: Parents understand and agree that the majority of the School's expenses and obligations are incurred on an annual basis, that financial commitments for School services are made based upon anticipated enrollment, and that the educational operating expenses of School do not diminish with the departure of some students over the course of the school year. Parents understand and agree that, regardless of Student's absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from the School, Parents remain obligated to pay the amount of tuition set forth in sections 3 and 5 of the Agreement, consistent with the 14-day notice period, as liquidated damages and assume full responsibility for payment.
School schedule: The following is our calendar for 2026-2027 school year: June 1-July 31-Summer Session, July 4-Independence Day, August 5-First Day of School (Wednesday), September 7-Labor Day, November 25-27-Fall Break, December 21-25-Winter Break, January 1-New Year's Day, January 18-MLK Jr. Day, February 15-President's Day, March 15-19-Spring Break, May 21-Last Day of School.
